Srinagar, November 12, 2015 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza along with a party delegation today visited the residence of martyr Gowhar Ahmad Dar at Zainakote. Mukhtar Ahmad Waza expressed sympathy with the family of the martyr, a statement issued by the party in Srinagar said. Engineer Fayaz Ahmad, Jafar Kashmiri, Farooq Ahmad, Shabbir Ahmad and others accompanied Waza. Talking to people on the occasion, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza pledged to take the ongoing freedom struggle to its logical conclusion.
He said that innocent youngsters like Gowher were scarifying their lives for a genuine cause and people would not allow precious sacrifices to go waste. He said that Indian forces had launched a major offensive against the unarmed civilians to quell the freedom struggle which had entered its crucial stage. He said that arrests, killings and other kind of oppressive and suppressive tactics would not deter Kashmiris from securing their birth right- right to self determination. Meanwhile, a delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Ittehadul Muslimeen also visited the residence of the martyr, Gowhar Ahmad Dar Zainakote, in Srinagar.
