The United States and South Korea have agreed to continue working for talks between Washington and Pyongyang.
According to a statement issued by South Korea’s foreign ministry, the agreement was reached during a telephonic conversation between foreign ministers of both the countries.
North Korean Vice-foreign minister Kim Kye-gwan said Trump’s decision was extremely regrettable.
He said that it is still willing to talk at any time in any form after US President Donald Trump abruptly cancelled his meeting with Kim Jong-un.
