United Kingdom investors to be asked to invest in Pakistan

Karachi: Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan has said that the immediate challenges to the country are water and power and for this the country totally relied on foreign investment. He underlined the need for joint ventures in these projects which provide mutual benefit to each other.

The governor said common citizens want that essential items be available to them at cheaper rates as also the basic civic facilities and employment opportunities. He said this while talking to Saeeda Warsi, the deputy-leader of UK conservative party who called on him at Governor House.
