Karachi, May 07, 2015 (PPI-OT): FPCCI is organizing Pakistan’s participation in forthcoming Kunming Fair in China for which preparations have been completed. The Senior Vice President FPCCI Abdul Rahim Janoo stated that FPCCI has been participating in Kunming fair for the last couple of years. He said it is the first time in the history of FPCCI that all selected companies were invited to attend the session of allocation of stalls through open balloting in their presence at Federation House, Karachi.
The outstation participants also attend the session in Lahore and Islamabad via video conferencing. The balloting session was also attended by Ikram Rajput, Vice President and In-charge Sindh Region of FPCCI and Waseem Vohra, Shahnawaz Ishtiaq, Vice Presidents of FPCCI. Abdul Rahim Janoo further stated that following the merit and transparency in selection and allocation of stalls in forthcoming South Asia Exposition in Kunming China has build the image of FPCCI and the confidence level of the exhibitors as well.
Abdul Rahim Janoo further stated that the exhibitors are the assets and FPCCI will organize a seminar to create awareness and to facilitate them in increasing their exports all over the world. He emphasized on export orders instead of retail sale for earning foreign exchange for the country. The exhibitors appreciated the management of FPCCI in maintaining transparency and merit in Kunming Fair and they expressed their gratitude and satisfaction on all process of selection and allocation of stalls.
