Karachi, October 04, 2012 (PPI-OT): The KSE-100 witnessed an all time high and ended the day at its highest ever level of 15,712.21 , mainly triggered by cut expectations in the discount rate by SBP on Friday.
According to Taurus Securities Limited, the index gained 64 points to end the day with 108m shares traded. Activity was mainly concentrated in Personal Goods, Financial Services and Commercial Banks sectors. The top gainers according to Index points were NESTLE, ULEVER and PPL; likewise the top decliners were OGDC, SCBPL and MCB.
