Sindh Minister appeals Chief Justice of Pakistan to allow Sharjeel Memon’s return to hospital

Karachi, February 18, 2018 (PPI-OT): Sindh Minister for Information, Labour, Transport, Mass Transit and Human Resources Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has appealed to Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar that please consider Sympathetically in the case of former Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon regarding his shifting from Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre to Central Jail Karachi. Syed Nasir Hussain Shah said the Medical Board was constituted by the order of National Accountability Court.

He said that Medical board has been after thoroughly medical examination advised him for immediate operation. Syed Nasir Hussain Shah said in the report of Medical board has been advised that if operation process will not done immediately, it is clear chance that Sharjeel Inam Memon will be disable.

Medical board also recommended the south city hospital and Jinnah hospital for his immediate operation. He further said that Honourable Supreme Court may kindly consider his illness on humanitarian grounds and reconsider his decision for shifting of Sharjeel Inam Memon from hospital to central Jail Karachi, he concluded.
