Shopkeeper injured in firing in Pulwama

Srinagar, March 20, 2016 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, a shopkeeper was critically injured in firing by unidentified gunmen at Muran Chowk in Pulwama district. The gunmen opened fire on Mudassir Ahmad Wani son of Ghulam Mohiuddin Wani resident of Malikpora Pulwama outside his shop at Muran Chowk in Pulwama.

He was shot when he was closing his shop and the gunshot left him critical as Mudassir received bullet wounds on his legs and was shifted to Soura medical institute. On March 13, another youth Jahangir Ahmad, 26, son of Ali Muhammad of Karimabad village was injured after shot at by unknown gunmen outside his home. It is worth mentioning that Indian troops have found in such attacks in the past.
