Shabbir Shah condemns police highhandedness in Hajin

Srinagar, March 18, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, senior APHC leader, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, has severely condemned the highhandedness of Indian armed forces on protesters at Hajin in Bandipora district.

Shabbir Ahmad Shah in a statement in Srinagar said that to raid and sabotage the properties of locals by forces was totally uncalled for.

“The only crime of these people is that they had expressed their resentment and protested against the brutal killing of innocent student, Farhat Ahmad Dar,” Shah said adding that so-called democratic government was using tear gas shelling, lathi charge and other kinds of forces against even those mourning the death of a youth.

Expressing resentment over the imposition of curfew in various areas of Kashmir and use of force against the civilians, the APHC leader said the people of Kashmir will completely boycott all the elections.
