Security Plan for shrines to be improved: Sharmila

Karachi, December 11, 2012 (PPI-OT): Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh on Media and Auqaf Sharmila Faruqui has said that devotees will be provided all facilities at the shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi. Their and Shrine security should be ensured. This she said while talking mediamen after offering Fateha at the shrine. He said that shrine security plan should be improved. Devotees should be provided more facilities and cleanliness should be improved.

She directed that all development works should be completed at the earliest, corruption in funds and donations would not be tolerated. Sharmila Faruqui that shrines and tombs were sacred to all irrespective of creed and religion. All complaints should be addressed properly. She added, ‘Dangers of terrorism at shrines is still persists.

Renovation work will be done at Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine. Shrines are the assets of the nation and they will be preserved at all cost.’ She said that she would visit Lal Shahbaz Qalandar soon and would look into matter herself. On this occasion Secretary Auqaf Shahid Gulzar Shaikh, Administrators Karachi and Hyderabad Nusrat Khan and Rehan Channa were also present.
