Srinagar, April 16, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the rehabilitation policy of the puppet administration for surrendered militants (Mujahiddan) stands exposed as the wives of many former militants stated a protest in Srinagar saying that the puppet regime has done nothing to help their families.
Dozens of wives of former militants gathered at the Press Enclave in Srinagar threatening suicide if their demands were not met. They demanded that they should be provide the basic facilities to settle along with their husbands and children or allowed to go to Pakistan.
It is to mention here that the surrendered militants are leading a miserable life in the occupied territory. They are denied government jobs and summoned to police stations and army camps where they are harassed while their children are not admitted in schools. They are also not provided with identity and ration cards.
