Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organization and wife of jailed Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik, Mushaal Hussein Mullick says international community has to understand that peace is not possible in the region without resolution of Kashmir dispute.

Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad, she while referring to the situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir said there is a region in the world where humans are being treated brutally.

Mushaal Mullick said pellet guns, which are prohibited to be used even on animals, are also used on Kashmiris by the Indian forces.

She said humanity is being humiliated in occupied Kashmir for decades as thousands of Kashmiris have been martyred by the Indian army and Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir has turned into a biggest prison in the world.
