Rao Qaiser Ali Khan calls on Prime Minister

Islamabad, November 28, 2012 (PPI-OT): A prominent leader of PML (N) Rao Qaiser Ali Khan called on Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf at the Prime Minister’s House today.

During the meeting Rao Qaisar praised the decision of the government of increasing the support price of wheat to Rs. 1200/-. “This decision of the government has won the hearts of the farmers and rural people”, he said.

The pro-farmer policies of the government, Rao Qaiser said are widely hailed by the people.

The Prime Minister said that Pakistan Peoples Party is committed to work for the farmers, labourers and down-trodden and strongly believes that the progress of the country is inextricably linked to improvement in the condition of the rural and down-trodden.

Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo and Syed Sumsam Ali Shah Bokhari, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting were also present on the occasion.
