Qaim Ali Shah presides meeting on status of implementation of Judgment of Supreme Court of Pakistan on law & order

Karachi, January 11, 2013 (PPI-OT): Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah today presided a high level meeting regarding status of implementation of Judgment of Supreme Court of Pakistan on law & order, held at Chief Minister House. The meeting was attended by Sindh Law Minister Mr. Muhammad Ayaz Soomro, Sindh Finance Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Secretary Sindh Raja Muhammad Abbas, I.G Police Sindh Mr. Fayyaz Ahmed Leghari, Advocate General Sindh Mr. Fateh Malik, Principal Secretary to C.M Mr. Muhammad Siddique Memon, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Mr. Waseem Ahmed, Secretary Law Sindh Syed Ghulam Nabi Shah, Prosecutor General Sindh Mr. Shahadat Awan and others.

The meeting reviewed in details, the contents of Judgment and implementation process. Chief Minister Sindh stressed the need to fully follow the judgment, adopt the prompt measures and ensure full implementation of decisions, with regard to maintenance of law and order in the province particularly in Karachi. The Advocate General Sindh and others presented the views and reports so far submitted before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan.
