Pakistan International Airline reduces airfare on direction of Prime Minister

Islamabad, May 09, 2014 (PPI-OT): On the directions of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, and based on reduction in oil prices in the last Three months, and to pass the benefit to the customers, Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has reduced its fares on Umrah and some domestic sectors as well.

Reduction in airfares for Umrah are as follows:-

North (Punjab, AJK, GB and KPK) by Rs. 6,000 from Rs. 72,000 to Rs. 66,000

South (Sindh, Baluchistan) by Rs. 6,000 from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 54,000

Fares reduced on Domestic sectors by Rs. 2,000 (Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, DG Khan etc)
