Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal says Pakistan has great potential to become a developed nation by 2025. Addressing the Vice Chancellors’ committee in Islamabad, he said we need more focus on our education system. He said higher education plays a key role in the realization of Pakistan’s extraordinary potential and aspirations for economic and technological development. The Minister said ten thousand Pakistani scholars will be sent to the United States for study in the next 10 years under the US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor.
