Pakistan Football Federation takes serious notice of formation of parallel Provincial Football Association by Arshad Khan Lodhi Group

Lahore, May 11, 2015 (PPI-OT): Under Article 70 of PFF Statutes any body found guilty of making a parallel Football Association is liable to be dealt ruthlessly by imposing life ban from all football related activities.

In this regard PFF has taken serious notice of the announcement of an illegal parallel Punjab Football Association election on April 17, 2015 through an Official letter written by former acting secretary PFA Mahmood Khalid on 21st April in which Mr. Arshad Khan Lodhi has been mentioned illegally as the President of a parallel Punjab Football Association whereas factually Sardar Naveed Haider Khan was duly elected president of Punjab Football Association and declared successful and notified by the Election Commissioner.

PFF has issued show cause notices to all the members of PFA who Participated in these Fake Elections and formed a parallel body. The maximum punishment for this violation of PFF, AFC and FIFA Statutes may lead to Life Ban by the PFF Disciplinary Committee.
