Islamabad, February 05, 2015 (PPI-OT): On the directions of Chairman NAB, Mr. Qamar Zaman Chaudhry, NAB has further intensified its approach against corruption through awareness. In line with the directions of Chairman NAB, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has asked national carrier PIA, NADRA and Passport Directorate to join in its “No to Corruption” awareness campaign.
Recently, after joining hands with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), Islamabad Electricity Supply Company (IESCO), Higher Education Commission (HEC), Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL), PTA and national international cellular companies, NAB has written a letter to PIA, NADRA and Passport Directorate to join to create awareness amongst the masses against the menace of corruption throughout the country.
It has been suggested to PIA that during its national and internal flights it should relay the message of “No to Corruption” Besides NADRA and Passport Directorate have also been suggested to inscribe National ID cards and passports with “No to Corruption”.
NAB is already relaying the message of “Say No to Corruption” in national wide cinema halls after the reciting of national anthem. Besides thus a mobile van was inaugurated a few days back through which the message and ill affects of corruption would be relayed amongst students of schools, colleges and universities.
