Srinagar, March 04, 2016 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leader and the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, has said that Kashmiris are sacrificing their lives for resolution of the Kashmiri dispute. Mukhtar Ahmad Waza addressing a gathering in Pahalgaam area of Islamabad district, today, called for peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute. He said that only settlement of the dispute according to the aspirations of Kashmiris could ensure prosperous and economically stable South Asia.
He urged Pahalgaam residents to foil anti-Kashmir, anti-movement and anti-environment policies of Indian government. He thanked Pahalgaam youth who, a few years ago, filed a petition in the High Court of the territory to preserve the beauty of Pahalgaam.
Asking people to work as ambassadors and diplomats of ongoing freedom movement, Mukhtar Waza said, the JKPL carries no grudge against those doing business. “You people while doing business can better communicate the sufferings of Kashmiris to visiting tourists of different countries,” Waza said, adding communicating message of oppressed Kashmiris to people who visit Pahalgaam as tourists. On the occasion, the participants of the public gathering raised pro-freedom slogans.
