Srinagar, November 04, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the veteran Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik have hit out at puppet Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed for showering praises on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Syed Ali Gilani reacting to Mufti Sayeed’s statement that Modi is not “intolerant” in a statement issued in Srinagar said, “The puppet Chief Minister’s praise for Modi and Hindu fanatic RSS is reflective of his ideological and physical slavery.
In fact, Mufti Sayeed is working as a bridge for the RSS to sacrifice Jammu and Kashmir to the communal forces.” Gilani said that statement had removed the mask from the face of Mufti Sayeed. In a media interview on Sunday, Mufti Sayeed had said that Modi was not communal but a force of nature whose motto was development for all and who consults his parent ideological organisation, the RSS. “Modi truly is a force of nature who decimated Muslim families in moments in Gujarat,” Gilani added.
“It was the RSS and its mindset that did not accept the reality of Muslims in India before the Partition. RSS and its offshoots were instrumental in the massacre of tens of thousands of Muslims in Jammu in 1947 itself. Babri Masjid was demolished by BJP, 3000 Muslims were massacred in Gujarat by BJP. Killing of Ishrat Jahan in fake encounter is the result of BJP and RSS mindset,” said the octogenarian leader who is under continued house arrest. Terming the proposed public meeting to be addressed by Modi as a “military operation”, Gilani said that if the Indian PM had to announce any package, he could have done it from Gupkar or somewhere else.
He asked people to beware of PDP’s plan about implementation of RSS’ nefarious designs on Kashmir. JKLF chief Mohammad Yasin Malik also reacted sharply to Mufti Sayeed’s statement. He said that the statement should be an eye opener for those who support him. “His statement glorifying Modi and calling him non-communal shows how far he can go down for the lust of power,” he said. Terming Sayeed’s statement as most absurd and ridiculous, Malik said, “This is a clear example of being more loyal than the king.”
