Peshawar, August 25, 2013 (PPI-OT): Consequent upon the termination of Mian Shaukat Hussain Advocate-on-Record, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has appointed Mian Saadullah Khan Jandoli Advocate, Supreme Court of Pakistan as Advocate-on-Record in the public interest. For appearing as such in the Supreme Court of Pakistan on behalf of the provincial government on the following terms and conditions, with effect from the date of assumption of charge.
He shall serve on contract basis, for a period of three years from the date of his assumption of charge. On completion of his tenure, the Officer would automatically stand relieved of his duties, unless the period of his contractual appointment is otherwise extended by the government.
He would draw pay equivalent to BPS-19 and would be entitled to earn his annual increment, during his contract appointment, as admissible to an officer of the provincial government. He would be entitled to such leave during his service as admissible under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Civil Servants Revised Leave Rules, 1981 except leave admissible under Rules4(iii), 6,7,11, 14, 2021, and 26. He shall not be entitled to any pension or gratuity for the services rendered by him, his status, to the extent of the following facilities shall be equivalent to that of Additional Advocate General :- a) medical and conveyance facilities, as admissible to Additional Advocate General. b) TA/DA as admissible to Additional Advocate General; c) Eight hundred telephone calls, as admissible to Additional Advocate General.
