Srinagar, March 28, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that the Kashmiri martyrs including Jaleel Andrabi have rendered their lives for securing right to self-determination and their sacrifices would not be allowed to go waste. Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, who remained under house arrest from February 9 to March 27 after the execution of Muhammad Afzal Guru in Delhi’s Tihar jail, in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the people of Kashmir would continue their struggle till its logical conclusion.
He also demanded the immediate release of all illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyet leaders and activists languishing in different jails and interrogation centres of India and the occupied territory. He said that killing and arrest could not prevent the Kashmiris from their just struggle, right to self-determination.
