KP Assembly unanimously condemns Israeli aggression in Gaza

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly on Monday passed a joint resolution condemning Israeli aggression over Palestine and killing of more than two hundred innocent people and over sixty-five children.

The resolution was moved by Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on information Kamran Bangash.

The resolution demanded deployment of peace force of OIC in collaboration with the UN to ensure ceasefire in Palestine.

The resolution also demanded stopping Israel’s illegal practices, expansionist plans and settlement activities in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

Opposition leader in the assembly Akram Khan Durrani said the occupying Israel is committing gross human rights violations in Palestine.

He urged the Islamic countries to help Palestinian brothers and sisters with financial assistance.

Inayatullah of Jamat-e-Islami said that recent bombardments by Israel have badly destroyed the infrastructure in Palestine and humanitarian assistance should be provided to the people over there.
