Karachi: Karachi Electric Supply Company has delivered its second consignment of flood relief goods in the rain-affected districts of Sindh.
Earlier in the first round of the relief efforts, KESC had helped establish a 400 unit tent city near Tando Adam in collaboration with the provincial Government and had also dispatched food supplies and mosquito nets to the Sanghar district.
The second batch consists of 500 food packages, another 400 tents and additional 400 mosquito nets for the district, and another separate consignment of 1000 food packages, 400 tents and 400 mosquito nets has been set off for the Tando Allah Yaar district.
KESC has been supporting the relief work administered by Sindh Government to reach out to the displaced families with supplies of food, temporary shelter and other items.
