Judicial process bypassed in Afzal hanging: Omar Abdullah

Srinagar, April 02, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Name it a political gimmick or response to call of conscience, the puppet Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has again said that the Indian judicial process was circumvented by the hanging of Muhammad Afzal Guru.

Participating in an event organised by an Indian daily in New Delhi, the Chief Minister said,” I understand the need to be a little quiet about it, what I don’t understand is the circumventing of the judicial process”.

Omar said that there were questions, which New Delhi should answer about the way Mohammad Afzal Guru case was handled.

“There are questions which the people of Kashmir deserve an answer to on the way Afzal’s family was treated. It is basic human courtesy that you give the family a chance to meet one last time.”
