Srinagar, June 02, 2016 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has condemned the continued detention of its Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, in Srinagar central jail.
The JKLF spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Mohammad Yasin Malik was still languishing in jail while Front Vice Chairman, Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi was under house detention.
He said that police raided the house of JKLF leaders, Noor Muhammad Kalwal and Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri, the other night, and harassed their family members. “Police also harassed their neighbours,” he added.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Yasin Malik in a statement issued in Srinagar expressed happiness over the successful heart surgery of Pakistan Prime Minister, Mohammad Nawaz Sharif, in London and prayed for his early recovery.
