India can’t suppress liberation movement: Naqash

Srinagar, January 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) leader and the Chairman of Islamic Political Party Jammu and Kashmir, Mohammad Yousuf Naqash has said that Indian is hell bent on defaming the ongoing liberation movement in Kashmir through malicious propaganda but it cannot succeed.

Mohammad Yousuf Naqash, while interacting with people in corner meetings at Ellahi Bagh, Malbagh and adjacent areas said that the world knew that the subjugated, oppressed and tormented Kashmiris were struggling for securing their curbed rights including their birthright to self-determination.

He said that the people of Kashmir were bearing intolerable sufferings including the loss of one generation, mass indignity, violation of the chastity of womenfolk, torturous condition of thousands jailed young and old, destruction of properties worth trillions and the worst kind of economic downfall and were determined to take the movement to its logical conclusion.

The APHC leader said such unabated brutal repression of Indian government and its 700,000 forces can neither succeed in breaking the will of Kashmiri people nor will they allow their unparalleled supreme innumerable sacrifices go waste.

Naqash further said that situation in the world is fast changing and the movements for right to self-determination were gaining ground which were witnessed in the freedom of East Timor and South Sudan following the same kind of unique position of Palestine, Ireland and Moreland on the world map in the near future and people of Kashmir would also secure their birthright one day.
