Inaugural Hajj Flight of Air Blue leaves for Madina

Peshawar, August 04, 2016 (PPI-OT):Intending Pilgrims’ Inaugural Flight of Air Blue (ABQ-1760) carrying 218 pilgrims left for Madina on Thursday at 01:00 pm from Bacha Khan Int’l Airport, Peshawar. Joint Secretary of Ministry for Religious Affairs Noor Zaman and Director Hajj Shakeel Ahmad Sethi were present to see-off the intending Hujjaj at Bacha Khan Int’l Airport, Peshawar. Chief Security Officer BKI Airport, Peshawar Shad Nawaz Khattak, Airport Manager Tahir Sikander, Deputy Airport Manger Shabir Ahmad, Senior Director Syed Latif Ul Haq, Hajj Officer Bahadar Khan and Deputy Director Airport Services Shahid Khan were also present on this occasion.

Talking to PTV and PID representatives, Joint Secretary Noor Zaman said that today he visited the Hajj Complex Hayatabad to inspect the arrangements for pilgrims. Expressing his satisfaction over the arrangements, Noor Zaman said that excellent arrangements have been done by Hajj Directorate for intending pilgrims. Similarly, befitting arrangements have also been made at Bacha Khan Int’l Airport, Peshawar for which Civil Aviation Authority, Hajj Directorate, ASF and other concerned departments, deserve appreciation. The Joint Director further said that Hajj operation is being monitored to provide best facilities to intending pilgrims.
