Islamabad: A delegation of Hazara community living in UK called on Pakistan High Commissioner, Mr. Wajid Shamsul Hasan yesterday to raise their concerns about the recent incidents of violence against the members of their Community in Baluchistan.
They made strong representation and demanded from the Federal as well as Provincial Government to take effective measures to deal with those miscreants involved in target killings and violence against the Hazara community. says a press release received here today from LONDON.
The High Commissioner communicated profound concerns of the Hazara community to the Interior Minister Mr. Rehman Malik who promised strict action against the perpetrators. Mr. Malik also assured that the Government would ensure to provide security and protect the life and property of the Hazara community of Baluchistan.
The seven-member delegation was led by Agha Ali Marzook, President of Hazara International Alliance Forum.
