Govt decides to reinvestigate Hudaibiya Paper Mills case

Federal government has decided to reinvestigate Hudaibiya Paper Mills case against Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif to bring the matter to its logical conclusion.

This was announced by Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain in a tweet today (Monday).

The Information Minister said today the legal team briefed the Prime Minister regarding cases against Shahbaz Sharif.

He said instructions are being issued to all departments concerning Hudaibiya Paper Mills case.

Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said Hudaibiya Paper Mills case is tip of the iceberg of “Sharif family’s” corruption. He said Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif are the main accused in this case.

The Minister said method used to send money abroad in Hudaibiya was later adopted in other cases. Therefore, it is very important to bring this case to an end.

In another tweet, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib said Hudaibiya Mills’ matter is an open and shut case. He says everyone knows that the Sharif family, in connivance with ex-Chairman of National Accountability Bureau Qamar-u-Zaman, prevented the NAB to file an appeal in this case.
