Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa meets Federally Administered Tribal Areas parliamentarians

Peshawar, May 12, 2014 (PPI-OT): The Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sardar Mehtab Ahmad Khan has directed to ensure the provision of all facilities as provided by the government policy to the internally displaced people (IDPs) at the time of their repatriation in FATA. Talking to a delegation of parliamentarians from FATA at the Pakhtunkhwa House Islamabad Friday he said that they wanted the repatriation of all IDPs with dignity and honour and to mitigate their difficulties at every step.

The Governor also directed to establish a grievances redressal cell in the FATA Secretariat so that the problems of the employees both collective and individual are resolved easily there and then and thus no need of federations or unions formation or agitation arise. The Governor also directed that absentism from public offices in FATA be strictly eradicated. On this occasion the governor discussed development and welfare schemes launched by the government in FATA.
