Gilani urges people to continue liberation movement

Srinagar, March 30, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, has urged the people to continue the freedom movement with devotion till it reaches its logical conclusion. Syed Ali Gilani, who is under house arrest at his Hyderpora residence in Srinagar, addressing a gathering in Pulwama over phone said that the Indian government was using every tactic to break the will of Kashmiri people but it would never succeed in its designs.

“India has taken away all our resources and is bent upon making us dependent. It has plundered Kashmir forests and taken control of Kashmir’s water resources. Until and unless we will win freedom from India, none of our resources are safe,” he said.

The veteran Hurriyet leader said that New Delhi was resorting to cultural aggression in the occupied territory.
