Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza assumed the charge of his office at GHQ Rawalpindi today.

All three Services Chiefs and other high military officials attended the investiture ceremony.

Joint Services Guards presented guard of honour and saluted the new Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee on the occasion.
