Srinagar, July 04, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, on first Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, today, the puppet authorities did not allow people to hold Juma prayers in Srinagar’s historic Jamia Masjid.

The authorities had imposed curfew and strict restrictions in the city on the occasion of Indian Prime Minister, Narender Modi’s visit to the territory. Indian troops and police personnel, who were deployed in strength in Srinagar, did not allow people to come out of their houses and offer Friday prayers.
