Islamabad, May 22, 2014 (PPI-OT): On the directions of Chairman Capital Development Authority Mr.Maroof Afzal, the Authority has made the tracks to boost the productivity and quick service delivery of Estate Management Wing. The Estate Management Wing is taking convincing measures to shore up its services for the citizens.
The Estate Management Wing has reserved from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm as public dealing hours. The said duration will be dedicated for accepting receipts/Performa , public dealings and personal appearance. The remaining time will be exclusive for file work etc to ensure efficient and expeditious retribution of the complaints/ issues.
In order to make public dealing a result oriented activity, Estate Management Wing has come up with a receipt / Performa system whereby all the visitors are required to fill in a Performa requiring information about the visitor and the issue.
In case of complicated issue , the visitor will be given opportunity of personal appearance. The visitors having personal appearance will meet with an officer not lower then Director level. The file of the concerned issue will be readily available with the officer at time of appointment.
On the sixth day positively from the day of appointment or earlier, if no complications are involved like seeking reports from other departments, a written reply based on CDA’s response as per policy/rules supported by proofs will be sent to the applicant / appointee by TCS without fail.
