DFP worried about declining health of Shabbir Shah

Srinagar, April 14, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) expressing serious concern over the deteriorating health of its illegally detained Chairman, Shabbir Ahmad Shah has said that under a conspiracy the Hurriyet leaders and activists are being kept behind the bars.

The DFP General Secretary, Muhammad Abdullah Tari in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Shabbir Ahmad Shah had been suffering from various ailments but he was not being provided medical facilities at the Joint Interrogation Centre in Humhama.

Describing the attitude of the occupation authorities as inhuman and undemocratic, he said that the puppet administration would be responsible if anything untoward happened to the party Chairman during detention.

Muhammad Abdullah Tari demanded immediate release of Shabbir Shah and other illegally detained Hurriyet leaders and activists.
