DFP team visits martyr’s family in Palhalan

Srinagar, February 11, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, a team of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party today visited Palhallan despite strict restrictions and expressed solidarity with the family of the Kashmiri youth, Farooq Ahmad Butt, who was recently martyred by Indian troops in the area.

The team comprised Muhammad Ibrahim, Sabit Ahmad, Niser Ahmad and Ashiq Hussian.

On the occasion, the DFP Chief, Shabir Ahmad Shah while talking to the father of martyred Farooq Ahmad Butt over phone expressed condolences and assured him that sacrifices of martyrs would not be allowed go waste.

Shabbir Shah also thanked people for observing complete shutdown on Monday and today.

Meanwhile, the party spokesperson expressing serious resentment over the continued detention of Shabbir Ahmad Shah and said that the puppet administration was so much scared that it had turned the whole Valley into a garrison.

The spokesperson criticized authorities for imposing curfew and restrictions across the Valley.

Meanwhile, illegally detained Hurriyet leader, Masarrat Aalam Butt in a statement from jail paying tributes to Farooq Ahmad Butt expressed resolve that the people of Kashmir would eventually succeed in breaking the tyrannical clutches of oppressor, India.
