Defence and Naval Adviser High Commission of Pakistan London elected as Doyen of Association of Naval Attaches

London, March 27, 2015 (PPI-OT): Commodore Mushtaq Ahmed SI (M), Defence and Naval Adviser, High Commission for Pakistan London has been elected as the new Doyen of the Naval Attaches Association (NAA). Members of NAA include all Naval Attaches posted from their respective countries to London. Doyen is the ceremonial head of Naval Attaches Association, who represents the Naval Attaches community on various forums.

The selection of Doyen is carried out through voting in the Annual General Meeting. This is the first time ever that a Pakistan Navy officer has been chosen for this position. Felicitating Commodore Mushtaq Ahmed on this singular honour, H.E. Syed Ibne Abbas, High Commissioner said it was a matter of pride for Pakistan that he was elected unanimously by all members of the NAA.
