Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Information, Mian Iftikhar Hussain has described the book “Da Ranha Khob” written by eminent journalist and poet Rokhan Yousafzai as a beautiful addition to nationalist, progressive and revolutionary poetry adding that we needed such literary contribution to help develop love of the motherland, mother tongue and culture among our people.
These views he expressed while getting a book of the “Da Ranha Khob” in Peshawar, the other day. Secretary Culture Azmat Hanif Orakzai, Director Information Shuaib ud Din, Director Culture Pervez Khan and culture journalist’s forum President Ehtisham Toru was also present on this occasion.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that with the ongoing terrorism, the motherland, the language and our culture faced serious problem of existence. The nation could get rid of the ongoing threat with contribution of nationalist and progressive elements.
Praising the contribution of Rohan Yousafzai, Mian Iftikhar said that he had always fought bravery against undemocratic forces.
He said that we all specially the young generation should study such books. He said the government would support such elements.
