Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah takes serious notice of non availability of anti snake bite vaccine in Tharparkar

Karachi, July 26, 2013 (PPI-OT): Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah while taking serious notice of Snake-Biting cases and shortage of Anti Snake Venom (ASV) in affected areas of Tharparkar and Umerkot, has directed for calling an explanation to the concerned District Health officer.

He expressed his displeasure on shortage of required medicines and negligence of concerned Health Authorities and warned them of strict action in case of any negligence. Chief Minister Sindh further directed the provincial Health Secretary to ensure the availability of Anti Snake Venom and other essential medicines on war footing basis so that the affected people could be provided relief without any further delay.
