Karachi, October 3, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday the October 10, 2012 at the Registered Office of the Company, Nishatabad, Faisalabad to consider the following.

Ordinary Business

1. To confirm the Minutes of the last meeting,

2. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012 together with Directors and Auditors Reports thereon.

3. To consider and recommend the appointment of Auditors of the Company for the next term and fix their remuneration.

4. To fix the date and time of Annual General Meeting of the Company.

5. To ratif3l the Resolution (s) passed by way of circulation since holding of the last meeting.

6. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 02-10-2012 to 10-10-2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
