Islamabad, January 02, 2019 (PPI-OT): Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has said that Balochistan is moving ahead on the path of development and prosperity with allocation of sufficient resources to the provinces. Balochistan has also embarked upon transformation process with the opening of new universities and colleges. Keeping in view the abundances of natural resources in the province, Balochistan is going to have first ever mineral university to train the human resource in this sector.
The Chairman Senate was addressing a delegation of faculty members and students from Iqra Residential School and College, Quetta here at Parliament House on Tuesday. The Senate Chairman said that people of Balochistan are progressive minded and they know innovative ways to work for expediting the developmental process. Sanjrani, however, called for effective steps to engage youth in activities that can help in broadening their vision and knowledge for betterment of the country.
He said that students are the future leaders of the country and they must focus on their studies to better understand issues and address the challenges of the modern times. He termed such study tours highly important for students. He observed that students would act as a bridge between center and the province.
