Caretaker govt to take every step for free, fair and transparent election: Justice (Retd) Zahid Kurban Alavi

Karachi, April 05, 2013 (PPI-OT): An eight member delegation of Bohra Community called on today the Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (Retd) Zahid Kurban Alavi here at Chief Minister House, and discussed the matters of mutual understanding. The Caretaker Chief Minister Justice ( R ) Zahid Kurban Alavi said that every possible step would be taken for the arrangement of transparent elections.

He further said that few days ago the orders were issued banning the usage of “Sheesha”, the dangerous narcotics, because the youth is being very much affected by it mentally, socially and physically. He further said that the Sindh Police and Rangers are given the freehand to restore peace in all over the province specially in Karachi, and they have been directed to implement the orders strictly.

The delegation of Bohra Community briefed the Chief Minister regarding their problems, for which the caretaker Chief Minister assured them that their problems would be resolved very soon. The delegation was comprised of Mr. Muhammad Asif , Mustafa, Najamuddin , Shabir, Ali Asgher, Syed Feroz Shah and others.
