Bashir Andrabi visits flood-hit villages of Pulwama

Srinagar, October 03, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chairman of Kashmir Freedom Front (KFF), Syed Bashir Andrabi, today, visited different villages of Pulwama district including Shal-Tokun, Jangalnad, Sonurgund and Malangpora and expressed solidarity with the flood victims.

Syed Bashir Andrabi on the occasion said that hundreds of residential houses had collapsed in the floods. He said that the authorities of the territory were not giving any relief to the affected people and had left them on the mercy of circumstances.

He appealed to the international community to its play role in rebuilding Kashmir and rehabilitating the Kashmiri people. He said that the flood-affected Kashmiris were facing the worst kind of difficulties but the authorities were doing nothing to mitigate their sufferings.

Syed Bashir Andrabi criticized the Indian government and its puppets in the territory for making false claims of relief work on war footing to help the people.
