APHC condoles death of Sheikh Abdur Rasheed

Srinagar, October 18, 2012 (PPI-OT):  In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC), while condoling the sad demise of liberation activist, Sheikh Abdur Rasheed alias Ibrahim of Hyderpoora, paid rich tributes to him for his contribution towards the struggle for Kashmir liberation.

 

An APHC delegation comprised Hakeem Abdur Rasheed, Abdur Rasheed Untoo, Abdul Majeed Wani and Muhammad Maqbool Sofi visited the residence of the deceased and expressed sympathy with the members of the bereaved family.

 

Hakeem Abdur Rasheed, speaking on the occasion, recalled that like Sheikh Abdur Rasheed thousands of Kashmiris had rendered unprecedented sacrifices for securing right to self-determination for the people of Kashmir and their struggle would not be allowed to go waste.

 

He reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue liberation struggle till its logical conclusion.
