APHC-AJK condemns forced eviction of Muslims in Jammu

Islamabad, May 14, 2014 (PPI-OT): The All Parties Hurriyet Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter has expressed serious concern over the forced eviction of Muslim families in Gole Gujral area of Jammu in occupied Kashmir.

The APHC-AJK in a meeting presided over by its Convener, Syed Yousuf Naseem, in Islamabad, today, strongly denounced the demolition of the houses of Muslims and their harassment by the authorities in the area.

The participants of the meeting said that the occupation authorities, in a bid to change the demography of the occupied territory, were trying to create a 1947-like situation when lacs of Muslims during their migration to Pakistan were butchered by the forces of Dogra Maharaja, Indian troops and Hindu extremists. They appealed to the international community to take cognizance of the Indian atrocities on the people of occupied Kashmir.
