Ali Raza asks for resolving Kashmir, Palestine issues

Brussels, July 20, 2014 (PPI-OT): The Chairman of Kashmir Council Europe (EU), Ali Raza Syed has said that people of Kashmir strongly deplore Israeli aggression on Gaza as they understand miseries of their Palestinian brethren.

Condemning the recent massacre innocent people including children and women in Gaza, Ali Raza Syed stated that “both the Kashmir and Palestinian issues are present on UN agenda for past many decades and till these issues have not been resolved in accordance with the wishes of the people.”

He emphasized that peace, economic prosperity and stability would not return to South Asia and Middle East till the just resolution of the issues.

Ali Raza Syed urged the world community to pay serious attention towards these issues. “Both Israel and India should be pressurized by international community to give rights to people of Palestine and Kashmir as pledged by the United Nations,” he demanded. He also condemned the martyrdom of a 9th class student, Sohail Ahmad Lone by Indian troops in Kulgam.
