Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan visited Lakhodher Kashmir Colony in Lahore along with the members of the Legislative Assembly elected from the refugee constituencies.

While reiterating his government’s pledge to solve the problems faced by the refugees, the Prime Minister announced building houses for five poorest refugee families from his own resources.

Regarding the settlement of homeless refugees, he said that for the resettlement of 300 refugee families a comprehensive strategy would be devised soon.
