Karachi, September 27, 2016 (PPI-OT):A five member’s high level delegation of Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment has visited National Crime Agency (NCA), Transparency International, Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and other Anti-Corruption Agencies of U.K during a training organise by the British Council from 19th to 24th September 2016.
The delegation comprising of Advisor to CM Sindh on Law, Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment Sindh Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Chairman ACE Ghulam Qadir Thebo, Director – I Faisal Bashir Memon, Usman Siddique Director- II and Deputy Director Legal Rizwan Tirmizi. While commenting on the training the Chairman Anti Corruption Ghulam Qadir Thebo said that the aim and objective of the training was to learn the Anti-Corruption System and its laws at the British Government.
“The Anti-Corruption system in England is very advanced and we have to also amend our laws on Anti-Corruption as per modern days” said the Chairman ACE Sindh. The Chairman ACE Further added that the Sindh Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment will also work on the modern technologies to curb the corruption from the society.
