8 Indian police men critically injured in Srinagar clash

Srinagar, October 02, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, at least eight Indian policemen were injured in a clash in Srinagar city, late Wednesday.

Eight personnel including a Special Operation Group sub-inspector were critically injured in a gunfight at Ahmad Nagar area in the outskirts of the city.

Indian police has laid a siege and a militant is trapped inside a house in old Ahmed Nagar locality, a senior police official Ashiq Hussain Bukhar told media men in Srinagar.
