60 terrorists killed in air strikes in North Waziristan agency

Rawalpindi, May 22, 2014 (PPI-OT): A spokesman of ISPR giving details of North Waziristan Agency, said that after the air strikes in North Wazirastan agency yesterday in which 60 terrorists were killed, terrorists targeted military camps in retaliation by mortar fires and rockets. An encounter around Mir Ali also took place yesterday afternoon in which 11 terrorists were killed and 4 security forces personnel embraced shahadat.

Today during sanitization around Mir Ali in North Waziristan, 2 x IEDs were neutralized. 3 injured soldiers of yesterday’s encounter with terrorists who were critical have been shifted to CMH Peshawar. No air strikeswere carried out in North Waziristan today. After fire raids on Miranshah camp by terrorist from around Miranshah specially Machis village was effectively responded to by local commander.
